Curious about Aerial Yoga? This beginner-friendly 4-week series is the perfect way to take flight! No yoga or aerial experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore movement in a new and mindful way.
🧘♀️ DATES: July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
🕖 TIME: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🚪 Doors close promptly at class start, so please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
💸 INVESTMENT: $88 for the full 4-week series

✨ Aerial Yoga is a beautiful fusion of yoga and movement using a hammock as your support system. You'll explore both restorative and dynamic poses—on the ground and in the air—building strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence. Inversions (yes, hanging upside down!) help decompress the spine and activate the lymphatic system, boosting circulation and detoxification.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For your safety and to protect our fabrics, please do not wear jewelry to class.
